The image highlights how some good deeds today are performed for attention rather than genuine compassion.
It raises the question of whether kindness loses its value when it is turned into a public performance.
Personally I hate such attitude or behavior because I believe that good deeds we perform only for Almighty Allah/ God and for humanity. Now if our intention is to get Fame from our actions then the true spirit of good deed will died which should be prime.
