Immersion Finishing
Does anyone ever make a container of finish and just immerse the pieces to cover them? I will have over 50 small parts to finish at once and am thinking this is the best bet for quickly covering everything. I am using Danish oil so it just needs to soak the pieces, not look pretty. And as a follow up for anyone that does this, do you dump the remaining oil back in the can for reuse? Seems it would be fine to reuse.
