Newbie here! First PC -> First GPU upgrade

Hey everyone!

This is my first ever desktop PC. Until now, I've always been a laptop guy, so I'm still learning my way around desktop hardware. 😄

I recently bought this PC second-hand. All the parts are only about 2 months old and still under warranty.

The specs are:

CPU: Ryzen 5 9600X

GPU: ASRock RX 7600 Challenger 8GB OC

Motherboard: ASRock B650 PG Lightning

RAM: 32GB (2x16GB) Kingston Fury Beast RGB DDR5-5600 CL36

SSD: Lexar NM790 1TB

CPU cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 Digital

PSU: be quiet! System Power 11 M 750W Gold, ATX 3.1

First of all, do you think €750 was a good deal for this PC? I'm curious what you guys think, especially considering the age of the components and the remaining warranty.

Now, regarding the GPU...

The RX 7600 is obviously the weakest part of the build. I'm considering selling it and upgrading to an RX 9070 XT.

So I have a few questions:

Is my PSU enough for an RX 9070 XT, or would you recommend upgrading it as well?

Since this is my first desktop, how straightforward is the GPU upgrade? Is it basically just remove the RX 7600 → install the RX 9070 XT → connect the power cables → install the drivers → done, or is there anything else I should be aware of?

And finally, for around €800, is the RX 9070 XT a good choice, or is there something better I should be looking for at that price even second-handed? Also, will my Ryzen 5 9600X be enough for the RX 9070 XT or am I going to run into a CPU bottleneck?

Thanks in advance! I'm still getting used to the whole desktop PC thing, so any advice is appreciated.
