Help my Dad upgrade his computer to run modern day Microsoft Excel.
As the title says, my dad currently has a pretty old PC he built many years ago, it has a SSD, some kind of older processor and DDR2 ram.
He is saying now when he opens multiple excel spreadsheets the whole computer is slowing down, he mainly uses the PC for Excel, solitaire, browsing the web, and some old programs to do with this work.
The slow down in excel is probably due to the older processor and Microsoft updates making it more demanding over the years.

Now he was looking at these mini PCs but was unsure about them and due to what he does for instance using cds a lot to backup his work and using his sound card for music recording.
