I built a calculator to estimate total property buying costs in Dubai.
Just built a simple calculator to estimate the total cost of buying real estate in Dubai.
I originally created it for myself in Excel to better understand the full breakdown of transaction costs. After sharing it with a few colleagues, I realized many of them were looking for the same clarity, so I decided to turn it into a small, simple calculator.
It helps buyers, agents, and sellers break down transaction expenses and get a clearer picture of the true upfront costs before closing.
