Help needed with lychee plant
Hi, I bought a lychee plant about 3 months ago. It was transported by train and planted in my yard 1–2 days after delivery. Some branches dried out within two weeks, though a few remained green when scratched. In the first month, it produced new leaves on two branches, but for the past two months there has been absolutely no growth — no new leaves or buds, and even the old leaves remain unchanged.
Can someone please advise what might be going on?
