For those who don't have Paramount+ yet, consider Wal-Mart+. Getting other perks like .10 off gas at any Exxon or Mobil station are just the extra, on top of the Paramount+/UFC deal. Here are the other perks that sweeten the deal.
I think most of us were thinking that anything less than $300 for the year would have been a good deal, when we begged for a one time fee for all cards.
This is an incredible deal. It's going from ~$1200 in 2025 to ~$90 this year to watch every card.
We have Wal-Mart+ with our Amex Platinum which comes with Paramount+. So I'm not spending any more than I already had dedicated.
There is 0 chance than the Paramount+ app is worse than the dog shit ESPN+ App.
~$100 a year cost for Wal-Mart+ is a no brainer now that the UFC comes with Paramount+.
Here are the other Wal-Mart+ perks that just sweeten the deal:
- Free Shipping: No order minimum on items shipped by Walmart.
- Free Grocery Delivery: Free same-day or next-day delivery from your local store on orders of $35 or more.
- Free Pharmacy Delivery: Get your prescriptions delivered to your door for free.
- Returns from Home: Walmart will come to your house to pick up items you wish to return; no boxes or labels required.
-Mobile Scan & Go: Use the Walmart app to scan items as you shop in-store and check out on your phone to skip the lines.
- Video Streaming Choice: Members can choose between a free subscription to Paramount+ (Essential) or Peacock Premium (with ads). You can switch between these services every 90 days.
Pluto TV: Ad-free access to select premium content on Pluto TV.
- Fuel Discounts: Save 10 cents per gallon at over 13,000 stations, including Exxon, Mobil, Walmart, and Murphy.
Sam’s Club Fuel: Access member-only pricing at Sam’s Club fuel centers.
- Auto Care Savings: Free flat tire repairs and free road hazard warranties at Walmart Auto Care Centers nationwide.
- Burger King Savings: 25% off digital orders every day and a free Whopper every three months (with purchase).
- Walmart+ Travel: Earn up to 5% Walmart Cash on hotel stays, car rentals, and vacation packages booked through the Walmart travel portal (powered by Expedia).
Additional Benefits
-Early Access: First dibs on Black Friday deals, special product releases (like gaming consoles), and other major sales events.
-Free Pet Care: 24/7 virtual access to licensed veterinary professionals via the Pawp app.
-Walmart Cash: Exclusive "member-only" cashback offers on various household items and services
Now, quit complaining about the UFC for a little while. This is one time, we should be happy with their decision.
