Play Air Reimbursement
Was wondering if anyone had any experience with Play and their claims dept. and policies.
I had a flight from Toronto to KEF scheduled that ended up getting cancelled. Play offered to refund the flights or schedule me on the next available flight, the latter of which they also offered reimbursement for accommodation and travel expenses. I decided to choose this option, and claimed a one night stay in a hostel in Reykjavík (KEF) that I had pre-booked for the night, the booking was non-refundable.
Will play accept this claim? I lost out on that night for the hostel, and already submitted. I know their process can take an arduously long time.
