Say what you want, but it is actually the Australian Breakdancing Olympic Qualifying Judge's faults for the embarrassment at the last Olympics, not Raygun
I saw the documentary released on Netflix and all I can think is that it is entirely the judges and qualifying event organizers' faults for selecting her. Okay so she apparently performed the best the day of the qualifier, fine. Do multiple qualifying events over the course of a week to avoid one lucky performance day. I have no idea how it works in other sports, but with break dancing being more subjective than say who can score a ball in a hoop, wouldn't it be worth it to do more qualifying events? I mean don't actors have to do so many rounds of auditions then chemistry reads before finally being offered the role since acting is subjective? Just seems like this strategy would have been better. #conversation
