Electron lithography with old crt tv
I was interested by Sam Zeloof's photolithography machine that uses a projector strapped to a microscope for maskless photolithography. This made me have an idea: using the electron gun of an old crt tv for the same purpose (using an adequate resist that is) inside a vacuum tube of some sorts.
How achievable is this? And would the electron gun be precise enough to reach micron level of precision, and if so what modification would it need?
Also would it be easier calibrating the electron gun rather than the optics needed for Zeloof's design?
