Sometimes I want to turn off my phone and surf silently, without any notice. But then I feel like if I don't answer, people will think I'm a fool, or I'll become a complete friend.

I feel this… being “always there” for everyone can quietly drain you.
It’s okay to step back sometimes—real friends will understand.
You don’t have to prove your worth by always being available.
Take your space, you deserve time for yourself too 🤍
