Don’t get swept up by pretty words just because they sound right. Hold on to the people who actually show up for you … don’t walk away without saying anything. Take care of your mental health; asking for help doesn’t make you weak. Keep putting in the little efforts — they add up! And when things get heavy, tell someone instead of carrying it all alone.

So true , asking for help or venting it out to someone you trust is not weakness but just being real and human. Not many will understand but for sure there is a few that will and truly cares for you and that few would be more than enough. Love the penmanship my deary and the message ofc ❤️
