🤣 IMHO, Chinese custard tarts are also to die for, with flaky pastry and a sweet custard. Also partial to English custard tarts with short crust pastry and less sweet filling. Both taken with a cup of tea.

I'll try an espresso with pastéis de nata dressed with cinnamon.
