The “audiobooks don’t count” crowd cares more about looking like a reader than being one.
I was told today while at the gym that since I was “listening to my book” it didn’t actually count as a read and I thought that was ridiculous 😂
I don’t know who made up the rule that it only count if your eyes did the work?!
And for the people who say audiobooks don’t count don’t even wanna talk about the book. First thing they ask is how you read it. Like listening in the car or while you are at the gym is cheating. But you can sit there with a paperback, zone out, flip pages, and not remember a thing. Somehow that still count?!
