TLDR; Ask yourself big questions to get bigger results.
1️⃣ Dario Amodei, the CEO of Anthropic is reportedly telling colleagues that "Anthropic will be the only company in the world. It will be Anthropic and governments, that's it."
🤯 When I heard that, it ignited a thought exercise. Ignore whether Dario is right or wrong or whether it should happen, and stipulate that he's right and it will happen. Then ask yourself what capabilities would a company need to have to replace EVERY other company in the world? Window washers, lemonade stands, wedding planners, corn farmers...everything.
The list of capabilities is actually pretty small: Super intelligence (AI), sensory inputs (cams / mics etc) and the ability to manipulate atoms (robotics / mining / manufacturing). If you have those three things at lower cost and higher quality long enough, you could achieve corporate singularity.
👉 Then the question is: what capabilities would Tangled need to be the only tool on the planet for digital communication for humans and systems?

The real question is not whether one company can dominate everything, but what capabilities would make Tangled indispensable for every form of digital communication. If it can connect humans, AI, and systems seamlessly, understand context, and communicate across every platform, Tangled could become the universal communication layer.
First:
Everyone would be able to write in their own language, and the system would simply translate it into the language of the user reading it. That would eliminate all language barriers. It would be like an AI interpreter.
Second:
What
(Of course, this excludes criminal offenses—within the bounds of common sense—though the EU often considers the mere expression of an opinion to be a criminal offense. Or China, for example.)
Third:
Tangled needs to be more user-friendly. It’s great for computer scientists, but it’s not intuitive enough for the average user. However, this is also difficult because Tangled is complex and extensive. One idea here would be to place small info “I” icons (the little circles with an “I” inside) at appropriate locations so that a brief explanation appears when the mouse hovers over them...and, if necessary, include a link to an FAQ section where the feature is described in more detail. This way, users can view information about specific functions at any point without having to search for it.

That's what comes to mind right off the bat....
If Tangled wants to be the only digital communication tool, it would need to become the universal language and connection layer for humans and AI. Technology aside, I think Tangled would need one essential thing: trust. If people trust the platform to connect them authentically, everything else can grow from there. Tangled would need to make digital communication so easy and natural that people simply wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
I think the people leading companies like Anthropic agree. They are motivated to go all-in to build it because they have a missionary complex and believe only their vision will be beneficial and fear being subjugated to anyone else's solution.
