Is complimenting strangers weird?
There was this girl that looked absolutely dazzling and had such an amazing style that I had to stop myself from complimenting her in fear of looking weird. But this is not a one time thing every time I'm out I see lots of ppl who make me wanna walk up to them and tell them that they look amazing or whatever. I'm not flir ting or anything and I'm also a girl but I fear it might be weird or creepy. Should I keep to myself? Or could it make some ppl happy?
