What is the name for the gap around the bottom of this credenza?
I’m about to build a record player console and want to add a similar feature (the circumferential 1/2” shallow gap). Trying to google build examples or other plans to best accommodate for vertical load bearing but can’t figure out what it’s called.
Google AI said shadow gap but that’s not turning up any useful results.
