Faves around New England?
Hi all!
My husband and I are going on our honeymoon next week. We're doing a road trip around New England! We're from the Baltimore area. We've driven up to NH once before, but were only there a few days and didn't really do a proper road trip. We've spent a lot of time in cars before but never have done a real road trip and we're super excited? Any first timer tips?
Here are the towns we're hitting (in loose order) - any locals or frequent travelers - would love advice on places to stop! I want to have a loose idea of places we could check out in each town. We aren't really history buffs. TIA!
* Boston & Salem MA
* Bar Harbor, Portland, and Lisbon ME
* Waltham ME (I know it'll be nothing, that's the appeal :b )
* Lincoln, and Epsom NH
* Wilmington, Stowe, and West Dover VT
* Ledyard & Mystic CT
* Provincetown MA, Newport RI, and Cape Cod
