7900xt vs 9070

I am building my first pc and I am wondering wether the 7900xt (510€ used) or the 9070 (630€ new) is better. I read fsr 4.1 recently got released for rdna3 architecture. I want to play at 1440p high settings, 60+ fps and ray tracing.
