Workshop air-conditioning
I have a garage workshop that faces the rising sun. It does not have any connection to house so gets pretty hot thos time of year. It was 108 yesterday. I recently put insulation on the garage door so it is better. My question is does anyone have experience with a free standing unit that I can use to cool down the space before I work in there and just shut it off when I make saw dust?

use a cooler chest and fill it with ice and salt, run a copper coil through it and und attach an air compressor or leaf blower. a hair dryer probably wont be enough 😅
