25F solo traveller looking for group tour recommendations from India — Central Asia and Europe 🌍
Hi everyone! I’m 25F and planning to do some solo travel, but I’d really like to join **small/group tours where most people are also travelling solo**, rather than travelling completely on my own.
I’m particularly interested in **Central Asia and Europe**.
For Central Asia, I’m considering places like:
Uzbekistan 🇺🇿
Kyrgyzstan 🇰🇬
Kazakhstan 🇰🇿
Possibly a combination of countries
For Europe, I’m pretty open — Italy, Greece, Croatia, Balkans, Central Europe, etc.
I’d love recommendations for **reliable group tour companies** where people in their 20s/30s actually join solo and it’s easy to meet people.
Some things that are important to me:
Ideally **20s/30s age group**
Small or medium-sized groups
Good mix of sightseeing, culture, nature and socialising
Not *too* rushed from city to city
Preferably a good mix of women/solo travellers
Safe and comfortable for a solo female traveller
I’m okay with sharing accommodation if that’s the normal setup
I’m more interested in making friends and having experiences than doing a luxury/private tour
I’ve been looking at **G Adventures, Intrepid, Contiki, On The Go**, and some local Central Asian operators, but I’m finding it hard to decide.
**If you’ve personally done a group trip with any of these (or another company), I’d really appreciate hearing:**
Which company/trip did you do?
What was the average age of the group?
How many people were in the group?
Were there many solo travellers?
How was it as a solo woman?
Would you book the same company again?
Especially interested in **Central Asia group tours**, since that seems a little harder to find than Europe.
