Looking for good resources on dining chair dimensions / ergonomics
Hey everyone, I’m currently designing a dining chair and I’m trying to avoid just guessing the dimensions.
I’m looking for books, studies, guides, or other reliable resources about things like seat height/depth, backrest angle, seat angle, backrest height, etc.
I know there’s no single “perfect” chair and that dimensions depend on the use, but I’d love to learn from the ergonomic knowledge that’s already out there before I start prototyping.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
