Help breaking sander belts!

3 brand new Diablo belts, all broken in less than 5 minutes. I checked the rotation, correct, I adjusted the belt tracking, perfect, checked tension seemed okay. Sander has always worked perfectly, until this morning.

HELP, ANY IDEAS.
