Cracked tile after fixing sagging joist, I have spare tiles. Do I need to remove the trim, how easy is it to replace the tile?

will the replacement tile fit well considering this occured after I sistered a joist to fit a sagging joist? I think it created a "high" spot and cracked the tile?
