Active Moisture Under Windows
Hi everyone. I recently bought a 100 year old brick row home. Trying to DIY some repairs and found discolored brown plaster under several windows. I assume that brown plaster indicates water damage. Just had the roof redone. I assume it is coming through the exterior brick and that needs to be repointed. Do the windows need to be sealed? Any other thoughts? Thanks
