🦠 Rabies Awareness
✔️ How can we protect ourselves and our pets from rabies?
We should avoid contact with stray or wild animals, keep our pets vaccinated, and supervise them properly. We should also teach children not to approach unknown animals.
✔️ What should a person do immediately after being bitten or scratched?
Wash the wound immediately with soap and plenty of running water for about 15 minutes, and seek medical attention as soon as possible for proper rabies post-exposure treatment.
✔️ Why is vaccinating dogs and other pets important?
Vaccination protects pets from rabies and helps reduce the risk of rabies spreading to humans and other animals.
I am well aware of rabies. 🐕🦠
Thanks 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏
