Unpopular Canadian travel opinion: Quebec is the best province to visit.
A lot of people (especially other Canadians) love to shit on Quebec. But I love La Belle Provence. I like Canada in general and I've visited a lot of parts of the country, but I've only had great experiences in QC, no matter the stage of life I'm in. Awesome party weekends in Montreal in my 20s, romantic trips to Quebec city, ski trips, camping at rugged provincial parks, etc. I'm writing this while waiting in line at the border crossing, but I just had such an enjoyable, relaxing weekend at a Quebec nordic spa with my husband. Great food, great wine, great people.
