20| £1| ||P|P|||C|The Long-term Everything PC Build help!
Hey folks, I hope you're well. I just wanted to get some eyes on this build - it looks ridiculous, but I want to build an excellent PC as I've reached quite a big milestone and wanted to celebrate.
A close friend of mine said to go hard/cutting edge and have the rig set up for the next 5+ years, so thought I'd come to here and see what people thought.
I know that the Ryzen 9800x3d is coming out soon (this week or later?) but I'm planning on buying everything in the first few months of 2025.
My goals are the following:
* Smoothly scrubbing, editing, and putting together longer video projects via Premiere Pro. I do quite a bit at the moment, just for the sake of learning. But would love to do some more. * Playing AAA games (Monster Hunter Wilds, Alan Wake 2, Cyberpunk 2077, Baldurs Gate 3) on Ultra on a 1440p ultrawide (3440x1440) at or close to 144fps. * Getting more into development and teaching myself how to use Unreal, and whatever else captures my interest. * Streaming (on occasion, but would be a singular computer)
The last time I really did much with my setup was around late 2019/early 2020. I just want to see if this made logical sense and *most importantly* that what I've chosen will work at good speeds (I don't remember how M.2 NVMEs work in conjunction or if one will be at half speed).
