Quiet Air Cooler on a Budget?
I know most people's go to is the Noctua NH-D15, or some other model that's also Noctua, and while I can guess they're a great brand, their coolers are WAY too expensive. I don't mind paying an extra premium for a cooler, but 70-100 bucks is kind of a lot. I need a good bang for my buck cooler that's decently efficient, but most importantly QUIET. for me, silence comes first over efficiency, since I'll only be cooling a Ryzen 5 4650G PRO. Thanks for any suggestions!
