When we start training, our body is shocked in a good way, and that's why results are more visible in the beginning. We all know what happens with those last 5-7lbs, they are the hardest ones because our body is already adapted to our training, eating, everything, and has already achieved what's possible with the current setup.
We need one main regime which suits us perfectly, and from time to time we need to add or try different things.
Let me explain: my main setup is, 15min stationary bike to warm up, then 35min training the whole body, then 20-25min stationary bike to cool down. Then during the month I can add some stadium laps with different speeds, swimming, or whatever different exercise you like.
For those who are overweight, change your routes when you go for a walk. Even if you're going from one place to another, always try a different route. It sounds weird but it's so helpful.
I'm collecting ideas, so what's your must-go exercise, one that's easy enough to repeat often but still pushes variety? #inspiration source
