Baby's first road trip: Circumnavigation around Bay of Fundy
Thinking about doing this with a 4-month old baby (who does well in the car!).... are we crazy? Would ferry between Bar Harbor and Yarmouth and drive the rest. Could do it in either direction, doesn't really matter. We have about 7-8 days. Don't really want to drive more than 3 hours a day. This is only showing major highway, not all the in between to and from beaches, campgrounds, hiking, etc. Does this seem doable? Lodging would be a mixture of camping, motels, airbnb depending on weather and availability. What shouldn't we miss on this route??
Also definitely open to only doing a portion of this and staying in a few places for more than one night. We normally exclusively travel by bicycle and are only doing this by car because our baby is too little to bike tour lol.
We mostly want to experience the epic big tides and check out cool small towns.
