Communication Designer wants to work in Design agency

as the title says, I want to learn from experienced designers who are handling multiple projects. currently I'm in an in house design team, and now I'm the senior most person in position there since he manager resigned.
I want to change this as it doesn't seem right to be at this position with just 3 yrs of experience. please suggest me design agencies in India and help me with the process if possible.
I have worked on a lot of projects that include packaging, print, social media, campaign creatives, website design and exhibition designs.
