Many years ago, in 2007, I visited Trinity Church in New York. While I was sitting there, without any conscious effort on my part, I began reflecting on the major events of my life. I realized that courage alone can bring peace and happiness in all situations, regardless of whether an event appears positive or negative. This realization came to me spontaneously, without deliberate thinking or any other effort from my side. Moreover, this realization seemed to analyze each and every event in my life and explain how courage might have helped me maintain my peace during those events. All of this happened without any explicit or conscious thinking on my part.
Recently, in 2026, while using ChatGPT, I decided to explore the reason behind this experience—why it happened and whether the realization itself was correct. I wondered whether courage alone can truly be applied in all situations, especially when events are deeply negative.
I had asked the following question:
*“Is this realization correct? How did it happen without any effort on my part? Is there a name for such experiences?”*
And, I received a positive reply from ChatGPT in response to my question. So I decided to share this with everyone by releasing a book titled "Courage Alone Is Enough."
Do you agree with this slogan, "Courage alone is enough"? Is it true based on your life events? #inspiration source
