Any cheaper desktop motherboards that use SODIMM slots?
Around August of last year, my motherboard died. It was an SFF office computer from Dell and unluckily for me, unlike every other LGA 1151 board out there, it used DDR3L. I had to build an LGA 1155 system just to use the Ram and now my desktop is stuck without AVX2, which I need for Ableton Live Lite. Alongside the current LGA 1155 system and what remains of my LGA 1151 build (i5-6500), I've got a 10th gen i3 laying around i pulled out of a barely-working chinese mini PC and a ton of laptop DDR4, all of these parts I know work fine. Is there any motherboard I can buy that'll take the laptop DDR4? Preferably cheaper since I'm 16 and only get paid allowance. I'm avoiding getting desktop DDR4 because I refuse to pay some thief 200 dollars for 16gb of ram.
