In desperate need of help 4090 i9 13900k stuttering and dropping frames in every game except mw2
Title says it all, my 4090 i9 13900k with the fastest DDR5 and SSD out there is stuttering in EVERY game except mw2.
AC mirage, Rdr2, halo infinite just to name a few. Even with vsync on and DLSS I can feel the insane stutter which is making my fps drop to 19 for half a second before coming back.
Im so desperate I already want to throw away this pc and buy a new one, over $5k usd in the trash I already tried everything, reinstalled windows updated bios, drivers, nothing works.
I disable ecores and it helped reduce the amount of stutters on assassins creed mirage but they’re still there.
I’m so sad I spent so much money on this setup for it to be unplayable Guys im begging for help I’ll give $200 to the first person that can help me fix this issue
