Yes, I support the legalization of divorce here in the Philippines. Many people get married at a young age, sometimes not by their own choice but through arranged marriages. Other times, they make the wrong decision because they’re too young. As conflicts escalate, some relationships become toxic. And time passes, they end up fighting, and in some cases, it leads to abuse. Life is harder now, and I hope that the process for applying for divorce can be made easier. We all have different beliefs, but I still believe there should be respect for the sacrament of marriage, even if divorce is legalized in the Philippines.
