My coworker is useless
I tried teaching him how to remove the battery from power tools a few times, he hasn't been able to succeed at it once. I spent a good chunk of time today fixing his work, and as soon as I finished fixing his work, he went straight to fucking something else up.
He does not understand english well. I tried telling him "move the bags of concrete inside and put the rest of the tools in the C can." There was no way to communicate that to him, he just could not understand.
He's not even young. Idk what he has been doing these past 10 years but I hope it wasn't construction.
Fuck that guy.
