I can't stop coughing at work. I can still work, but am I supposed to go home?
I just got back from a vacation leave and as soon as my plane lands, I get this really bad cold. I decided to take a sick leave, and it is currently day 2 of this cold so I thought that I'm feeling much better.
I am still able to work and produce an output but I'm worried if the people around me are expecting me to go home. I'm also wearing a mask and leave the room if ever I cough too much. I've only been here for a couple of hours and paid for traveling expenses. Would it be socially acceptable if I stay at work or am I expected to go home.
