Girl that I'm dating accidentally revealed that she's been dating other guys at the same time as me. Should I end things?

So I met this girl, I'll call her "Ella", on Hinge about a month ago. We were both looking for looking for long term, we have similar kind of hobbies, sense of humor, etc.
Early on in our Hinge conversations before our first date I mentioned to Ella that I only believe in dating one person at a time - that I don't date multiple girls at once, nor would I want to date a girl who was dating other guys at the same time as me. Fortunately Ella seemed very enthusiastic about this and replied along the lines of "omg, I totally agree with you, I think exactly the same", so I was really glad we were on the same page.
Since then things have been going really well. Recently we were on our 5th date and... maybe it wasn't the best topic of conversation, but we started talking about past failed dating experiences and terrible dates we've been on - we both had one or two funny anecdotes of dates that didn't go well.
However one of the bad dates Ella told me about was a date where she went to a concert with a guy, which ended in her cutting him off and blocking him. However in telling me about this bad date she naturally mentioned the venue and singer at the concert.
I'm a big concert fan myself, I'm always looking out for concerts at local venues, and although I didn't say anything at the time, it clicked in my mind that this concert was quite recent. When I got back from the date, I looked it up and found that this concert happened 2 days after our second date - by which point we had already agreed to go on a third date together and we had kissed.
It was the only time this singer performed at this venue, so I'm absolutely certain she went on this concert date whilst she was dating me... despite originally agreeing with me that she only dates one person at time.
I'm hurt by this. Things have been going really well between us, but I'm really thinking of cutting her off for her dishonesty. It also occurs to me that she may have been going on other dates too after we started dating.
