Too late to chill in fridge and plant?
I was given a box of 100 tulip bulbs, never planted them before, so when I check it says they need to be chilled for 12 to 16 weeks, or if I plant then now they can grow but wont produce flowers. Does it look like it is sprouting, not sure, im in the midwest so the climate is unpredictable.
