At what point do you stop being grateful for a job and…

At what point do you stop being grateful for a job and start looking for something better?

I’m 2 years into my career and currently work remotely in marketing.

The job is stable, the people are good, and I’m grateful to be employed. But lately I’ve been struggling with a feeling that I’m not growing as much as I want to.

Part of me feels I should appreciate what I have, especially given the current job market. Another part feels that staying comfortable too long could hurt my long-term career.

For those who are further along in their careers, how did you know it was time to move on from a job that wasn’t necessarily bad, but no longer felt challenging?

Looking back, do you wish you had stayed longer for stability, or left sooner for growth?

Would love to hear different perspectives.
