4 month trip through Europe, help
Hello everyone I want to take about a 4 month trip through Europe, starting in spring and ending before the college semester starts, I want to start around Croatia-ish and travel up to Switzerland then to Norway ending somewhere in middle or northern Norway, what tips do you all have for me, how to save money best places to sleep, must see places in countries along that path, and how much it might cost, I plan on mostly walking and trains for transportation and then hostels and sleeping in the trail whenever possible, any absolute must have gear you wouldn’t usually bring on a week long trip, really anything information at all would be great.
