Reapply for same job after being rejected after the interview?
Is it worth reapplying for the same position after being rejected after the interview?
I applied and interviewed for this position about 10 months ago, and honestly, I did terribly in the interview. The company just opened the same position again, and I’m thinking about reapplying.
My concern is that once they see my name and resume, they’ll remember my previous interview and pass on my application. I’m also wondering if it’s likely to be the same interview panel as before.
Has anyone here reapplied after a bad interview and ended up getting hired? Or do companies usually give candidates another chance after some time has passed?
