First timer beef cow advice

I have an established homestead. Hogs, chickens, big garden, etc. I'm considering getting cows this next year. I have about 4 acres of decent pasture. I'd prefer for them to be mostly grass fed, as we don't care for grain fed beef.

I'd like to have 3, but I think our pasture could only support 2. Wed only keep one, I would butcher it myself and sell the rest to hopefully offset the cost of ours. I'm pretty good at breaking animals down, I do all my own hogs, chickens and game.

My plan involves an electric fence, and I have enough lumber laying around for a shelter. A water bib is nearby.

Advice anyone? How big of a pain in the ass are they?
