Welcome to my another #earn activity which is all about the vital signs of human body. We will call it #vitalsigns .

The core vital signs are

Body temperature 98.6°F
Pulse rate 60 - 100 / minute
Respiratory rate 10 - 16 / minute ( breathing)
Blood pressure. 80 -120 / minute
Blood oxygen saturation 90% to 95%
Blood glucose level 100 - 140

Task :
Create a video by saying at least 4 vital signs ( any ) with normal ranges. You can speak your native language as well but post description will be in English only.

Rules :
