I've had the same pack and sleeping pad since 2010. Do I deserve an upgrade?
Thr pack fits me well and the sleeping pad is perfectly comfortable but I split my time between a van, yurt (West Coast), bell tent (East Coast) and seasonal work housing (Southwest).. it would be nice to have something that takes less space to store and travel with. I don't backpack very much these days and when I do it's mostly with a hammock in the hot summer months.
