We see people smiling every day.But not every smile means everything is okay.
Sometimes people smile while carrying stress, pressure, family problems, disappointments, overthinking, or battles they never talk about.
We often notice faces β but we do not always notice feelings.
This activity is a chance to think deeper, reflect, and remind ourselves to be more understanding and kind .
