People set way too many rules for where to find partners which fly in the face of reality
"Don't date where you work" - 40% of UK partner relationships started with coworkers.
"don't date where you dance" (if dancing is a hobby. Or swap in any other hobby)
"don't ask people out at their work" - I've literally seen people do this after first having a little conversation with them
