Graphic Designer trying to move into corporate/impact roles — need advice

I’m a graphic designer with \~5 years of experience, having worked across both agencies and in-house roles. Lately, I’ve been feeling stuck — the work no longer feels challenging, and there’s little to no growth in the direction I want.

I’m now trying to transition into more corporate or impact-driven design roles, but I don’t really have a clear roadmap on how to position myself for this shift.

I’d really appreciate some guidance on:

* How should I tailor my CV/resume for corporate roles?
* What kind of projects/case studies should I highlight in my portfolio?
* Are there specific skills or signals that hiring managers in corporate setups look for?

I’ve already started applying, but I’ve been facing quite a few rejections — so I feel like I might be missing something fundamental in how I’m presenting myself.

If you’ve made a similar transition or are currently working in a corporate/brand environment, even small advice or pointers would genuinely help.

I can share my resume and portfolio in DM if anyone wants to help genuinely. Thanks in advance 🙏
