YSK: foraging skills, especially for mushrooms, don&#039;t apply to other regions/continents Why YSK: tourists and immigrants are killed or sickened due to eating plants and mushrooms they thought they foraged safely. The identification guidelines that work in Europe and Asia do not apply to North America, leading experienced foragers to accidentally harvest and collect the aptly named Death Caps.
